**The Company**

Global real estate investor/fund manager with a significant track record across investment and development in diversified real estate sectors across many of the world's established and emerging markets.

Having had a presence in Australia for over ten years, the group is well capitalized with both balance sheet and third-party capital and has an existing established portfolio as well as a significant development pipeline in core markets including office, industrial, and built to rent.

With significant growth into Asia, they are creating a centralized Pre-Construction Group to be based from Singapore. This role will contribute to the strategic growth of the Residential / Build To Rent property portfolio for the region by providing support to strategically acquire projects.

The role requires providing construction project management direction and support across due diligence, buildability, programming, design management, procurement, value management and risk management, working closely with the cost planning, development and project management teams.

**Qualifications**
- Degree qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 15 years postgraduate experience in design & construction of built form residential apartment projects across the project life cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in due diligence, design management, construction management, cost planning and risk assessment.
- Demonstrated understanding of building technology and construction methodologies as an essential element of building design.
- Demonstrated experience and accountability in delivering cost effective design outcomes on major projects.
- Experience working for a building contractor is essential.
- Extensive experience working with and managing external stakeholders including local authorities and consultants.
- Extensive experience as the lead consultant in leading design teams from concept through to construction documentation.
- Ideally you will have had some prior experience working in Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Japan or Korea)
