Opportunity:
In this highly visible role, you’ll focus on creating innovative lifecycle marketing programs that translate business goals into engaging customer experiences with an analytic, data approach.
You will develop an acquisition and retention communication strategy for the APAC region, managing a team of two LCM specialists and matrix agency resources in planning, building and implementing a scalable program, personalizing by audience and language to achieve business revenue, engagement and retention targets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Turn business goals and priorities into quarterly and annual marketing plans, gaining consensus across the organization
- Build positive relationships and interact with key business partners across Adobe, ranging from marketing peers to senior leadership
- Establish a measurement framework in partnership with our analytics team, refining success metrics and inputs that show impact of our programs
- Establish a framework that prioritizes Lifecycle initiatives by business impact and scalability
- Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, using APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact- Build weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
- Develop testing plan and new initiatives at scale that drive incremental ARR and MAU while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
**Skills**:
- Innovator with the ability to influence management at all levels (internally and externally)- Advanced analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with mínimal oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent team with integrity and self-sufficiency
- Knowledge and proficiency in Asian languages a bonus but not crucial.
Experience
- 8+ year's experience-
- Tech or SaaS experience preferred, ideally in a multi-funnel or multi-vertical business model
- Proven track record in working effectively with cross functional groups, sales organizations, and operations
