Roles & Responsibilities

**Supervisor**
at Ratio Western Food Stall in Singapore

We’re searching for a Supervisor to bring his/her culinary and service expertise to our outlets. In this role, you’ll help be part of our Ratio Western Stall team to help to operate, cook, and run the food stall while directly supporting the Outlet Manager.
**What you'll do**:

- You are part of the team that ensures the daily operation (cooking, bar counter handling, cash handling, service, and overall supervisory) of the store is smooth.
- Prepare mise-en-place and cooking accordance to Food Preparation Guide.
- Assist to compile daily ordering of goods according to needs and perform month-end inventory with FIFO/FEFO system.
- Plan the weekly duty roster effectively, efficiently, and fairly
- Able to perform independently shift opening and closing.
- Ensure the overall stall hygiene and cleanliness always maintained.
- Assist in cleaning and maintain all kitchen’s equipment, utensils and washing dishes whenever necessary
- Overall performance will be based on sales and cost of raw materials used
