- Support the formulation of competency framework.
- Recruitment and Selection
- Prepare salary proposal for new hire and arranges all payroll related information
- Prepare letter of offer and acceptance.
- Manage onboarding process for new employees.
- Monitor new employees’ confirmation and OJT
- Support & planned company events
- Track, audit, and organize training records
- Any other tasks assigned by Manager

**Requirements**:

- Min Diploma in preferably specializing in HRM
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience in HR e.g. Microsoft Office, etc.
- A team player and able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and people management skills
- Learning and development principles, practices, methods, and procedures
