**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**

As Health Sales Consultant, you will:
Provide professional and personalised advice to customers in product / service selection,

Customize treatment according to customers' health condition / treatment objective,

Achieve and exceed sales target assigned,

Attend to walk in customers’ enquiries and perform cashiering duties,

Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback and complaints.

Ad hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:
To succeed as Sales Consultant you must:
Possess minimum high school, diploma, 1 year of working experience in health related industry and/or customer service, preferably within the wellness / /TCM industry.

Possess an cheerful and outgoing personality with a high level of self motivation,

Be result and customer oriented,

Be a team player with good integrity and exceptional work ethic,

Be able to work proactively, using own initiative,

Possess a strong competitive attitude,

Possess passion for healthy living and TCM,

Be able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

**Benefits**:
Salary range $2500-5000

Competitive Salary + sales commission + Incentive up to $8000 per month.

5 days work week with regular schedule.
