You will be part of the Accounts Team to Support the Financial Accounting and Operations of a Dynamic Catering Company. You Will Work with Different Stakeholders on the Following Functions:
**Prepare and oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping.**:
- Handle full set of accounts of assigned entities including preparation of month-end schedules (AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations, etc)
- Compute and consolidate inventory value.
- Prepare and support the preparation of financial documentation for submission to authorities (Financial Statements, ECI statements, income Tax and GST reporting)
- Lead and Manage Accounts Team
- Lead and also Manage Office Team
- Manage lease and financial contracts
- Handle Intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Liaise with banks, external accounts, company secretaries, and relevant parties.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Tax Rules and Legal Finance requirements.
- Control the cost and budgets
- Perform any others tasks that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Company.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma / in Relevant Discipline and/or have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong, Good & Strategic Manager for the Accounts Team
- Possess Good Communication Skills, Be Meticulous, Always Accurate Results Driven
- Quick-Thinking, Versatility to be able to Solve Problems
- Highly-Motivated & able to work Independently
- Strong Desire to own projects and exceed beyond expectations
- Versatility and Ability to find solutions and deliver results
- Strong Command: MS Excel or any other SAP/ERP systems, etc
