Position: Loan Relationship Manager

Division / Department: Operations Support

**Job Highlights**:

- Acquisition of new SME accounts by initiating and completing whole deal cycles from leads generation to prospecting and closing.
- Prepare credit proposals including collection of documents for credit assessment and financial analysis.
- Preparing other business proposals, adhoc presentations including but not limited to for eg. enhancing closing and on-boarding processes, strategy formulation and competitor analysis etc.
- Manage renewal of credit and loan facilities according to firm policy.
- Manage and service portfolio of accounts to achieve revenue and other KPI targets.
- Develop and maintain an active prospective pipeline to achieve sales targets and expand the Company’s customer base.
- Attunement to customer needs and always maintaining excellent service standards.
- Review loan agreements to ensure that completeness and accuracy is in accordance with company policy.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree
- Fresh graduates are also invited to apply
- 1-2 years of working experience in sales or related fields is a plus
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, written and spoken
- Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical and organization skills
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- An enthusiastic keen learner with self-starter attributes a plus
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work fast and smart independently
