We are currently looking for driven individuals to join our expanding technology team as an Recruitment Consultant.

**Recruitment Management**
- Manage end to end recruitment activities for assigned portfolio
- Manage client expectations in providing advice / solutions to recruitment methodologies and timeline, across varying requirements.
- Ensure successful renewal of contract/ client engagements

**Relationship Management / Contractual Delivery**
- Develop strong and constructive relationships with identified key sponsor/stakeholders through regular formal and informal meetings/contact.
- Become a key point of contact for stakeholders for any relevant queries / issues that arise. Actively seek and act on feedback from key stakeholders to drive optimum solution for both parties.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of the contractual services engagement and KPI’s and SLA’s to support contract renewal process
- Monitor service delivery against contractual terms

**Requirements**:

- CEI Basic certified.
- Good marketing, sales and persuasion skills.
- Experience in technology recruitment, preferably with experience in servicing the Banking and Finance sector.
- Min. 2 years' experience in recruitment.
- A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong commercial business acumen
- A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
- A winning mentality
- The ability to overcome objection and be persistent
