DESIGNATION : Quality Assurance Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Singapore and Group Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be the Management Representative for EtonHouse Schools. You will work closely with the Senior Management and Principal to achieve an Education Excellence Framework for EtonHouse Schools. You will also oversee all EduTrust related matters required by the Committee of Private Education (CPE) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) requirement for all schools under EtonHouse Group.**

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Review and establish an Education Excellence Framework that covers all standards and procedures to ensure compliance with ECDA, CPE and MOE regulations.
- Review maintain and update documentation of all systems, procedures and processes to ensure that it is kept up to date with any changes and developments introduced by CPE.
- Identify areas for improvement and work closely with each department to ensure the implementation and enhancement of systems, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
- CPE Certification; and
- Cambridge International Examination Approved Training Centre Accreditation
- Develop, plan and conduct quality standards related training for EtonHouse staff where required.
- Proactively communicate with all stakeholders including Principals, Teachers, Support Staff, Parents, School friends and EduTrust representatives on current CPE regulations.
- Lead, develop and administer both internal audits and external accreditation audits.
- Ensure that all reports and documentations are collated for CPE accreditation.
- Liaise with the relevant authorities, e.g. ECDA, CPE and MOE for the respective audits.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS

**Who are we looking for**:

- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Education industry
- Strong knowledge of EduTrust Framework and Criterion
- Mature, independent and results-oriented
- Collaborative and good team player
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Meticulous with strong auditing mindset
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle high levels of pressure
- Strong English, both written and spoken
