**Our Client**

Our client is the world leader in life science industry with annual turnover above USD 30 billion and listed on NYSE. They are looking for a 1-year contract Finance Executive to join in one of their major entities in Singapore.

**Your Role**

Reporting to Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for the overall accounting activities of this entity located in Singapore site.
- AP: Invoices collection, approval, posting to CODA and payment arrangement.
- AR: Debt collection and bad debt reserve.
- IC: Intercompany transactions booking and netting settlement.
- GL: Payroll / Accrual / Prepayment / Inventory / Depreciation booking.
- Closing: AP / AR / IC / Bank revaluation and reconciliation, IC confirmation.
- Support internal / external audit for the respective areas and create synergy in the process.
- Participate in Global / Division projects (e.g. ERP system implementation, new tool / reporting development etc.).
- Other ad hoc projects / activities as required by Singapore site or APAC region.

**Your Profile**
- Diploma in Accounting/ Degree/ Finance or ACCA equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounting exposure in multinational companies, with the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders to achieve the objectives.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP.
- Solid team player with good interpersonal, management and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines.
