[What the role is]

The role of a lecturer entails developing and nurturing learners for work and life. It includes curricula design and development, course delivery and assessment, and mentorship as well as supervision of students from the School of Design and Media. The role also involves being engaged in industry and applied research projects to stay abreast of technological and industry developments.[What you will be working on]
- **Develop curriculum, deliver courses related to digital media, programming and/or game design**:

- **Coach, mentor learners, and be involved in learner development activities**:

- **Lead and facilitate in student exchanges and study trips for both online and in-person modes where practicable**:

- **Assist in outreach activities for both online and in-person modes where practicable**:

- **Undertake academic administration and development of online learning materials**:

- **Involved in project Supervision of Final Year Projects **:**[What we are looking for]**
- **At least 4 years of relevant experience in Software Development and/or Game Development**:

- **Relevant qualification in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Game Development/ Game Design/Game Production**:

- **Knowledge and experience in at least 1 major Game Engine (Unity3D, Unreal, PhyreEngine, etc.) and able to do scripting in Python / C#**:

- **Proficiency in Visual Studios, Java, C++,C# and/or Objective-C languages is a plus**:

- **Possess strong desire in nurturing the next generation of game developers and software programmers**:

- **Mobile Game/Application Development**:

- **Web Game/Application Development**:

- **Data/Game Analytics**:

- **3D Graphics Programming (OpenGL / DirectX)**:

- **Game Design/Production**:

- **Game/Application Server Backend**:
