**Role Summary and Impact**

As a Media Planner, you will drive the end-to-end execution and optimization of media campaigns for a key banking client, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results. Leveraging your digital media expertise (SEM, social ads), you'll develop implementation plans, conduct competitive analysis, and track campaign performance against KPIs. Your impact will be crucial in enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement through data-driven strategies, supported by strong analytical skills and client-facing presentations, all within a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive media implementation plans from briefing through post-buy.
- Manage the full lifecycle of media campaigns, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal media mix.
- Conduct in-depth competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Generate regular, insightful performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in rigorous tracking of campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
- Monitor media efficiencies and identify areas for optimization.
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making for continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Preferably around 1 year working experience with digital media planning/implementation, preferably in a media agency
- Knowledge and experience with SEM, Social Ad Campaign Managers & Analytics tools is preferred
- Comfortable with meeting clients & great presentation skills
- Rigorous & comfortable with numbers
- Great knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
