**Key Responsibilities**

Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food quality, presentation, and taste.
Design and execute authentic Japanese cuisine, including Kaiseki, Sushi, and Teppanyaki offerings that reflect precision and artistry.
Collaborate with trusted suppliers to procure the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.

Manage kitchen budgets, control food costs, and optimize inventory to ensure operational efficiency.

**Job Requirements**

Minimum **3 years**of experience as a Head Chef with a focus on Japanese cuisine.
