**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Scope**
- Coordinate, plan, and attend to all requests supporting the Authority's internal and external major meetings, webinars, events, recordings, and video production. Understand user requirements and provide appropriate technical support.
- Organize, set up, and operate control room and studio equipment for live events or recordings.
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the creation and post-production of multimedia content.
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure systems are fully operational, while maintaining an up-to-date inventory for auditing purposes.
- Supervise AV contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements. Manage and oversee contracts, regularly assessing contractor performance (e.g., verifying services rendered and processing payments).

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- We welcome those with a Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or any other related field. With a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV and VC operations and maintenance, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Enjoy handling Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Creative Suite, video and have photographic skills.
- Able to handle hardware (such as cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound) and software (such as TriCaster, OBS, vMix) to run professional videos and live streams.
- Also, to possess skillset in filming equipment and studio production, with working experience on production sets or part of a production team.
- Proven experience in project management of large-scale AV implementations
- Skilled and experienced with AV and VC systems (Crestron, Extron, Cisco, Bosch).
- Knowledgeable about the latest advancements in broadcasting, AV, and VC technologies.
- Self-motivated and a strong team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Strong writing and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
