  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch)
  • Off: Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Implementation & Conduct of New Media Literacy Programmes
  • Assist HOD/Subject Head ICT in planning New Media Literacy workshops.
  • Conduct workshops covering photo/video editing, infographics design, and other multimedia skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers under the Technology for Learning (TFL) committee.

2️⃣ Support School's Applied Learning Programme (ALP) & Student-Initiated Learning
  • Guide students in developing prototypes for ALP projects.
  • Train and supervise students in the iMaker (maker space) room.
  • Support Student-Initiated Learning projects related to ICT/Multimedia.

3️⃣ Staff Training & Development
  • Identify ICT training needs for school staff and develop suitable training programmes.
  • Provide guidance on ICT tools and integrate technology into lessons.

4️⃣ School Events & Multimedia Projects
  • Deploy and operate AV equipment during school events.
  • Coordinate ICT-related events (e.g., Internet Safer Week).
  • Support multimedia projects for publicity, staff/student training, and events.

5️⃣ Audio Visual (AV) Equipment Support
  • Maintain AV equipment (projectors, visualizers) in classrooms and special venues.
  • Troubleshoot AV equipment issues and provide support to teachers.
  • Train AIMs Club students on AV equipment usage for events and daily operations.

6️⃣ Collaboration & Other ICT Projects
  • Work closely with ICT Manager, Desktop Engineers, and other ICT staff.
  • Support any ICT-related projects or tasks assigned by HOD/SH (ICT).

Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma in IT or related discipline preferred; relevant experience without diploma considered
  • Proficient in Windows, Android, iOS, and mobile learning devices (iPads, Chromebooks, etc.)
  • Experienced in operating and maintaining AV equipment (projectors, visualizers)
  • Skilled in Google GSuite & Microsoft 365 for Education
  • Knowledge of block-based programming
  • Able to prepare video tutorials and instructional materials for teaching and learning
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff on ICT matters
