[What the role is]
ASSISTANT MANAGER, ELECTRONIC ROAD PRICING OPERATIONS

[What you will be working on]
You will be part of a core team which operates the Call Support Operations.

Your primary responsibility is to support the ERP Call Support operations in managing feedback from public as well as respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders. You will also be supporting ERP operations, including migration activities for ERP2.0.

The ERP Call Support provides written feedback and assist the public on ERP related enquiries. You will also maintain and update Call Support and ISO documents, procedures, manuals, FAQs knowledge base, generate reports, etc.

You are required to keep up to date on ERP policies and procedures to provide accurate information to public. You will perform other tasks as assigned.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary Qualification in any discipline.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Meticulous with ability to translate technical concepts into easy to

understand terminology
- Strong passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and a team player
