**Responsibilities**
- Responsible is assisting the Property Manager in managing building matters to ensure the smooth running of operations at client’s premises.
- Lead a team of technicians for facilities management activities
- Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
- Liaise with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc works
- Overseeing tenant management, organizing fire drills etc
- Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
- Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
- Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
- Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance work.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in facilities management industry and ACMV works
- Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
