ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. **What role you will play in our team**
- As a Marine Fuels Sales Manager, you will own and manage customer relationships with Marine Fuels customers across Asia Pacific.
- The role will require you to execute sales strategies in key markets across a range of marine fuel products, work collaboratively across an integrated team to achieve business results while improving experience with customers
- As part of portfolio management and business development, you will identify potentially attractive business opportunities and customers for evaluation and develop selected opportunities through to sales agreements.

**What you will do**

The key responsibilities for the Marine Fuels sales manager will be:

- Own and manage customer relationships within Marine Fuels segment: Manage sales pipeline for portfolio, develop and execute key account plans. Active in spot and term market for Asia Pacific.
- Seek out potential new customers as part of business development
- Evaluate, recommend and implement initiatives to strengthen and grow portfolio consistent with strategy
- Manages commercial risk including understanding of key pricing mechanisms, contract negotiation and execution
- Develop communication plans targeted to both internal/external stakeholders.

**About you**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A good Honors Degree in Engineering or Business from a recognized university
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in industrial sales with strong technical & commercial mindset.
- Prior work experience in petrochemical industry, specifically marine / fuel oil industry would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in selling and negotiating, strong interpersonal skills; externally focused
- Has commercial intensity and is results oriented; High performing individual with strong personal drive and accountability mindset; hands on approach
- Commercial acumen including deep knowledge of commercial terms, supply contracts with customer / partners, customer contracts.
- An effective team player with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel abroad and work aligned with AP trading hours (4-7pm Monday - Friday).
- Language: English with fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
