Start your career journey with Carrier, by undertaking our HVAC Graduate Sales Associate Program (GSAP) that will equip you with the knowledge and experience required to excel in sales GSAP is a 2-year accelerated program which not only focuses on developing and enhancing your technical know-how, but will also support your personal development such as leadership and interpersonal skills. As a fresh or recent graduate, you will be given the opportunity to rotate between 2 different market segments which will build you into a sales leader with a broad skillset and a strong firmwide network.
