**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in job evaluation and job pricing of roles as requested by the HRBP team.
- Assist in succession planning initiatives to build a pipeline of future leaders (SG HODs) with the support from talent development.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations in the Singapore and ensure HR practices comply with local legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, metrics, and analysis as required by the Group.
- Support HR Lead on recurring compensation activities such as annual increment, promotions, variable bonus, special adjustments (if any) calculation.
- Consolidation and submission of data for HR survey (e.g. MOM, MAS)
- Administration of insured and non-insured benefits as well as various insurance policy renewals.
- Assist in the consolidation and review of compensation and benefit policies.
- Conduct market research, feasibility analysis, and cost simulation for compensation & benefits where applicable.
- Consolidate and submit compensation and benefit data for internal / external audit purposes as required.
- Responsible for overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, and maintaining accurate payroll records
- Review payment advice for CGSI secondment e.g monthly rental fee, insurance premium, etc.
- End of year tax support for secondees/expats, liaising with tax consultants if necessary.
- Assist with the data migration to new HRMS system. E.g. UNIT4/BIPO.
- Evaluate effectiveness of HR systems and processes against requirements, objectives, and user needs.
- Assist with the data mitgration for payroll outsourcing initiatives with BIPO.
- Participate in and manage HR projects and initiatives when required.
- Working as a team to Initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems, and communications towards enhancing service and user experiences.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in in Human Resource Management or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in human resource management
- Added advantage if you have experience in compensation and benefits/total rewards
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong skills in data reporting and analysis of people utilization
- Experiences in HRMS system e.g. UNIT4, BIPO
- Self-driven, resourceful, problem-solving nature, proactivity and enthusiasm
- Partnering and collaborative mindset with a track record of building teams
- Good listener and empathy to our culture
