The Business Analyst will be responsible for identifying business needs and opportunities, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and industry trends.

Duration: 12 months contract

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30AM to 6.00PM / 9.00AM to 6.30PM)

Working locations: Central.

Salary up to $9000

**Job description:
- GBS (Global Banking Services) and MS Tandem decommission activities of multiple branches for ING bank Regulatory Reporting Platform. Need to migrate these old systems to newer system with functional knowledge of data coming from different systems like FMBT, PSGL, LIQ (SF4L), and TRADE etc.
- As it’s a complex and critical decommission, the best Technical as well as Functional expertise of different regulators like MAS, BSP, HKMA, FCS, FSS etc. is required to communicate with RRP end users and cater to their reporting requirements.
- Analyze the data from systems like SUMMIT, MUREX, Vortex etc. and develop regulatory reports based on the requirements.
- Develop project specific framework for migration of existing reports and develop new regulatory reports for which knowledge of current framework will be required.
- Ongoing Production support for existing reports of multiple branches.
- Specification of both functional and non-functional requirements, demonstrating a clear understanding of the impact on technical design and solution use and usability, especially with reference to the user experience and interface.

Handling the Change management process and work with CI CD pipelines.
- **Required Skill set**:

- Must have at least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting Platform report development and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of requirements of different regulators like MAS, BSP, HKMA, FCS, FSS etc. With understanding of wholesale banking terminologies.
- Knowledge of MERAK framework.
- CITS (Continuous integration testing scripter)
- Must have hands-on experience in Solutioning, Designing and Delivery.
- Must have knowledge and experience in SQL, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS, DAX.
- Must have at least 7 years hands-on experience as MSBI developer and Delivery of BAU operations.
- Hands on experience in C#.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Power BI.
- Hands on experience in Azure cloud services and architecture.
