**Job Description**:

- To perform regular inspection and maintenance work to facilities/ buildings/ M&E services to preserve functionality.
- Perform troubleshooting of faulty electrical installation / M&E SysteM/Fire Protection System / Air-Conditioning System / etc.
- Perform handy repair and reinstatement works like painting, changing of lighting, furniture, plumbing, etc
- To repair faulty equipment and fixtures in the Centre
- To liaise and oversee repair works performed by external service providers
- To perform basic landscaping duties such as watering, fertilizing, weeding, pruning of the plants in the Centre
- To perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Operations Manager.

Experience/Skill Required
- Possess any relevant and recognized vocational certificates.
- Possess relevant work experience as a Facilities technician or Handyman, preferably in Educational Institutions.
