**ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN CONSULTANT | 2-Year Contract | PUBLIC PRIVATE ORGANISATION**

Our Client is a respected established well known Public Driven Private Corporation providing products & services essential to markets & consumers. Its commercials are robust, made up of a strong base of public accounts & private sector revenue, with clear room for growth. The business verticals are constantly seeking to improve their B2C B2B offerings, where digitisation paired with innovation are key to keeping them abreast with international benchmarks.

They are now looking for an Organisational Design Consultant to play a key role in shaping fit-for-purpose structures aligned to evolving business needs.

**About the Role**

As the Organisational Design Consultant, you will lead the review, redesign, and implementation of organisational structures that enable strategic alignment, effective resourcing, and operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, and divisional stakeholders to diagnose current pain points, design future-state models, and guide change adoption.

**Key Responsibilities**

Organisational Analysis
- Assess current structures, reporting lines, spans of control, and workflows.
- Analyse workforce data to identify inefficiencies and structural gaps.
- Provide insights into areas for streamlining and improvement

Design & Workforce Strategy
- Develop future-ready organisational models that align with strategic objectives.
- Define optimal workforce sizing, job scopes, and reporting relationships.
- Produce updated organisational charts, role definitions, and job titles.

Implementation & Change Management
- Collaborate with Division Heads and HRBPs to roll out structural changes.
- Advise on effective change management to support transitions.
- Monitor impact and ensure alignment with broader transformation goals.
- Benchmarking & Best Practices
- Incorporate leading practices and relevant benchmarks, particularly from the media and public sectors.
- Leverage external insights to inform internal structure recommendations.
- Documentation & Communication
- Document rationale, expected outcomes, and stakeholder impact of proposed designs.
- Prepare clear communication materials for senior leadership and affected teams.
- Maintain structured records of all design iterations and decisions.

**Requirements**:

- 10+ years of HR or consulting experience with a strong focus on organisational design and transformation.
- Proven ability to lead structure analysis, redesign, and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and leading enterprise-level design initiatives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisation Development, or related field.
- HR consultancy experience is a plus.
