Key duties and responsibilities that need to be performed to meet the primary objective of the job. This will include the important result areas (what) along with the rationale (why).
- Assists to provide information and handle enquiries from residents and general public on the programmes and services provided by the assigned NC/RN (Private).
- Put up NCs’/RN(Private)s’ publicity materials, such as posters and banners, for NC Programmes at assigned locations and to liaise with the Condominiums to put these up within their premises.
- Supports 2-3 NCs / RN(Private)s in their outreach programmes and also for administrative work.
- Assists the assigned NC/RN(Private) to build up a database of residents, residents’ groups, and micro-communities within the zones and help monitor their engagement and outreach with a view to expand the NC/RN(Private) customers’ base.
- Assists to promote and market NC/RN(Private) membership scheme/activities/courses/events to residents through social media and other new strategies, besides existing channels.
- Supports NC/RN(Private) to form and develop Interest Groups, plan and organise activities and courses.
- Assists to gather residents’ feedback and needs on NC/RN(Private) programmes.
- Assists RCs/RNs in handling accounting/book-keeping of NC/RN(Private) accounts like collection of fees, issuing of receipts, preparations of monthly statements of account etc.
- Ensures that confidential documents and reference materials are kept securely and not openly displayed to the public.
- Have a good understanding of NC/RN(Private) Rules and Regulations.
- Meet PA Service Standards at all times and any other duties as assigned by the NC/RN(Private).

Administrative Support
- Performs administrative duties (such as filing, typing, posters designing and despatch of minutes and circulars to GROs) to support the functioning of NC/RN(Private).
- Attends to requests or enquiries of grassroots leaders and residents when necessary.
- Liaises with grassroots leaders and reminds members to attend important meetings and functions.
- Work with NC/RN(Private) to plan and prepare publicity materials on NC/RN(Private) programmes like house visits, estate dialogues, street parties etc.
- Provide RCRN progress updates as and when required to NC/RN(Private), CO or PA HQ.
