- 5 minutes agoOur client is a Real Estate Developer and Investor with a stronghold in the region and their team is looking to expand. This role will involve working on leasing across the region. Suitable for individuals who are enterprising and looking to bolster their portfolio.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Formulate and implement leasing plans and programs to attract/retain tenants and maximize occupancy rates and financial returns across all the retail portfolios.
- Negotiate new and renewal of leases with tenants, analyze retail trends
- Build strong partnership with tenants and be both creative and proactive to look at opportunities for cross-collaboration and marketing
- Initiate business development opportunities; actively engage potential retail clients
- Work to meet and/or exceed budgeted revenue targets (rental revenue and occupancy), implementation strategies to achieve KPIs
- Develop effective records management system for tenant's databases, lease contracts, and retail reports. Ensure proper upkeeping
- Prepare and present monthly commercial reports to Senior Management
- Prepare annual budgeting & KPI setting

**Key Requirements**:

- Hold a recognized degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial and retail leasing.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the tenancy agreement process and market dynamics.
- Exhibit the ability to network effectively and build strong relationships with tenants, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
- Display excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Showcase proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, hands-on approach, and a high level of initiative.
- Contribute as a good team player.
