Reporting to the SVP of Taste Global Operations, the Head of Regional Operations - Taste APAC will play a crucial role within the Asia Regional Leadership Team, focusing on advancing end-to-end Operations (Supply Chain + Manufacturing) growth by integrating regional requirements with global strategies. Core responsibilities include meeting performance targets in safety, quality, and cost, driving continuous improvements, planning for future capacity needs, and ensuring resilient business continuity across the region.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Active and integral member on the Asia Regional Leadership Team to formulate and execute business strategy. Orchestrate business growth from Operations perspective with full understanding of regional requirements while implementing Taste Global Operations-wide strategy
- Ensure delivery of the Asia Operations through meeting agreed Key Performance Indicators for Safety, Quality, Service and Cost to Serve.
- Leads End-to-End continuous improvement in health & safety, manufacturing, quality performance, engineering & maintenance, integrated business planning, customer facing processes and operational efficiency
- Develops regional and sites master plans to provide the capacity and capabilities required to deliver long term business strategies. Owner business continuity plans to ensure resilience and agility within and outside of the region
- Develops talent at all levels of the organization to ensure business continuity and career progression opportunities
- Deliver 3-5% cost savings year-on-year while striving for excellence across SC. Develops specific strategies for inventory management (MOH, losses) with a balanced focus on customer value and cash generation

**You bring**
- Bachelor Degree (Masters preferred) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
- 15-20 years experience in global Fine Chemical, Food or Pharmaceutical environments
- Experienced in SHE Management for an injury free work environment.
- Knowledgeable in ISO, HACCP or FAMI-QS Feed Safety Standards
- Knowledge of SAP-P45 system is a plus
