**Asia Pacific O&T Senior Chief of Staff**

The Strategy & Planning Head is an experienced professional who supports the Asia Pacific O&T Head in managing a number of programs for the region including the O&T strategy, the future of work, risk & control, the O&T communications strategy and employee culture & engagement creating a digital mindset across the entire 40,000 O&T population across the region. Working closely with the members of the regional O&T management committee and the global EIO&T COO organization, the individual is focused on driving a more strategic direction at the senior O&T table. The role also owns regional CSC communication.

In terms of the strategic aspects, excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate/influence internally, often at a senior level, including developing reports and presentation designed to emphasize the O&T view and proposals. Some external communication is typically required. Provides advanced judgment and conducts in-depth quantitative or qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative and client centric solutions. Required to think beyond existing solutions, assumptions or current knowledge of sophisticated areas. The ability to plan and manage external engagements including pulling together a diverse set of people to run an end to end program, is an added skill.

The role also requires a high level of execution skills and operational agility to support the regional O&T Head on individual issues that might occur from time to time, including day to day audit, control, information/cyber security, business continuity or regulatory issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with country and regional business management leaders to ensure alignment of O&T’s goals with client-centric business goals across the region.
- Responsibilities around the key initiatives include successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of the projects, ensuring consistency with project management governance.
- Drive implementation of business-driven projects across functions, working closely with relevant senior leadership and the wider O&T teams.
- Engage O&T teams to move to a more agile, digital and inclusive mindset & culture.
- Work with risk & control functions and line management to ensure corrective actions are implemented for control related issues and tracked to timely closure
- Guide the CSC Network Regional Analyst in developing, refining and promoting the CSC value proposition in Asia Pacific
- Support the development of an effective communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on the CSC network in Asia Pacific
- Operating and Reporting Deliverables - Facilitate coordination and production of MOR, weekly reports, scorecards, country review decks and other planning/governance related reporting deliverables
- Ensure the regional O&T strategy is effectively disseminated and embedded throughout the entire O&T organisation

**Qualifications**:

- 12-15 years of work experience
- Demonstrate a commitment to quality and attention to detail
- Demonstrate experience in managing large scale projects across multiple functions and geographies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask and manage multiple potentially competing priorities
- Talent and people focused with the ability to build strong networks to identify and provide opportunities for key talent across the organization

**Education/experience**:

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
- Multi-culture experience is preferred but not required
- Cross-Functional Program Management experience is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience gained from the financial services industry and/or large Multi-National Companies
