**Job Purpose**:
As part of a dynamic team, you will be working in a fast paced environment to support the Company’s stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives, including ESG communications and power stakeholder engagement, which enhance and sustain the Company’s reputation.

**Responsibilities**:
This role involves aspects of publicity and marketing, and the work is fulfilling, challenging and exciting.
- Execute the Company’s ESG communications, including providing support in data collation, data monitoring and sustainability reporting
- Collaborate with the Business Units on the communication and publicity of key identified ESG topics
- Plan and manage power stakeholder engagement for Senior Management of the Company, focusing on identified transport industry experts and influencers, and key community partners
- Organise community outreach programmes like focus group discussions and Meet-The-(station)Manager sessions, to engage, understand and build relationships with our commuters
- Support identified Business Unit/s in planning and delivering their communication strategy and initiatives

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:

- Degree in Communications/Social Sciences/Arts/Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate affairs, public relations or corporate communications
- Experience in ESG communications and/or sustainability reporting would be an advantage
