Singapore MS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Full time

Support the FM Team in maintaining the building's M&E System not limited to Air-con, Fire Protection, BMS, Access Control, Electrical System, Plumbing and Sanitary System.
- Assist in planning, managing, supervising, and controlling of all preventive and breakdown maintenance works carried out on site.
- Lead a team of Technicians to carry out preventive maintenance and provide guidance/ trainings when required.
- Assist in (office/retail) Tenant’s reinstatement, improvement, and renovation work inspection for compliance.
- Provide feedback on maintenance work/status of progress of M&E works
- Check, analyse and investigate faults/complaints/hazards in the building, plan and implement corrective actions and recommend preventive measures.
- Able to perform CERT team duty and response to emergency call on weekend and PH.
- Source for competitive quotes, prepare PO for approval and ensure all M&E service file record are in order
- Check PTW submission for right order and seek approval.
- Champion M&E Emergency Drill
- Manages spare parts and tools list for department.
- Any other ad-hoc related tasks.

**Requirements**:

- GCE 'O' levels, Nitec or equivalent.
- Min 5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance of mechanical and electrical services.
- Able to multi-task & work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently & communicate with people of all levels.
