**Role Overview**

An aspiring Implementation Engineer, is a service-minded individual with a solid technical expertise, in-charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical perspective.
- Configure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirements.
- Liaise with our Product team and our Technical Account Managers.
- Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments
- Bespoke integration, app and internal tools development.
- Assist the support team on the most critical support cases.
- This position leads to a sound understanding of international financial markets and to an excellent knowledge of our product suite.

**Your profile**
- A Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Science/ Engineering.
