Tech Lead

As the Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our internal and external platforms, which are critical to our customer engagement and retention efforts. You will oversee a team of developers, ensure that the platforms are scalable, secure, and user-friendly, and work closely with other departments to ensure that the platforms are aligned with our business goals and customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of the Rewards Platform, User Dashboard, and Community.
- Ensure that the platforms are scalable, secure, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure that the platforms are aligned with our business goals and customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies related to personal finance, rewards platforms, and user dashboards.
- Ensure that the platforms are integrated with our other systems, such as CRM and data analytics tools.
- Monitor the platforms' performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to the platforms and their features.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team members.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and DevOps, to ensure that the platforms are delivered on time and with high quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development (Java, Quarkus & Ruby on Rails), with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with personal finance platforms, rewards platforms, and user dashboards.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
