What we do

The Finance Business Unit provides consulting and implementation services that focus on digital transformation and innovative processes to improve the finance and accounting function for international insurance and banking companies. We are SAP’s preferred solution integrator and offer functional and technical expertise, project methodologies, accelerators and templates, system training, and ongoing maintenance support.

Our Finance team covers all areas of implementation, data integration, and reporting. As one of the largest Finance teams in the world, we employ consultants, data scientists, software engineers, and industry experts.

What you will do
- Participation in projects in IFRS9/IFRS17
- Preparing test cases and constantly communicate with clients to understand their needs
- Translating business requirements into functional design
- Configuration of SAP FPSL
- Organize and lead external or internal workshops
- Lead a team of consultants and monitor their project engagement
- Perform system testing to insure performance stability and quality
- Support in transition from test phase to production
- Preparation of test cases, project documents and reports for clients

What we are looking for

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in banking, actuarial, finance or similar
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in finance industry, preferably banking and/or insurance
- Excellent knowledge in banking and/or insurance products, accounting processes and standards
- Good knowledge in credit risk area
- Flexible team player and client oriented
- Good presentation skills
- Fluent in English (oral and in writing)
- Ability to travel up to in 75%

Nice to have
- Knowledge of IFRS9/IFRS17
- Any accounting relevant certificate
- Implementation experience or production support, and/or operations for SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA for Financial Services modules, SAP modules for Banking including operations systems or FS-CD, AR/AP, FI
- Knowledge of programming languages like SQL or any Object-Oriented programming language
