Senior Consultant

**Role**:
Senior Consultant will work as part of APAC and global teams engaged in Strategy, Market Access and Custom Assignments in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices or related industries. Will work with clients through all stages of customer projects: framing the client’s issues, generating alternatives, and evaluating them to help the clients’ take high quality decisions investment intensive and complex environments. Contribute to new business development, recruitment, maintaining and client base.

**Responsibilities**:
Senior Consultants at EVERSANA Consulting APAC’s responsibilities include:

- Leading teams in developing and delivering consulting projects with EVERSANA APAC staff members. Senior Consultants lead teams with members from across APAC as well US/EU.
- Working closely with Partners and Principals in planning, framing, research design and taking responsibility for project delivery on time and within budget.
- Providing leadership to consultants and analysts working on the project and developing and delivering high quality analysis and client presentations.
- Addressing analytical and organizational complexity to help clients take high quality decisions.
- Contributing to overall practice development through knowledge management, teaching, new consulting approaches and methodologies, domain/geography specific initiatives and participating in EVERSANA regional marketing efforts.
- Supporting Partners and Principals in business development efforts including lead strategy, proposal development and client relationship building.

**Requirements**:
Senior Consultants at EVERSANA APAC are skilled in:

- Project management of analytically and organizationally complex projects.
- A broad range of consulting approaches, including framing, developing alternatives, modelling including sensitivity and scenario analysis, probabilistic forecasting, valuation, decision analysis, beginning levels of portfolio optimization.
- Information and communication including excellent written and oral communication, facilitation, research, and information ferreting, planning, and establishing internal and external relationships.
- Initial level of understanding of the business development process with the ability to contribute under guidance.
- Understanding the Life Sciences industry with deeper knowledge in specific Therapy areas.

Required educational and professional background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine or Business Administration with at least 4 years’ experience in Life Sciences Consulting or relevant industry experience.
- MBA with at least 2 years’ experience in a Life Sciences Consulting or relevant industry experience.
