Bonjour We are _**MERCI MARCEL**_, a relaxed French social destination bringing dining & shopping experience in unique design spaces. As we grow, so do our people. Today we have 6 outlets and we are looking for passionate individuals to join in on the Marcel's adventure
Outlets:
Merci Marcel - Club street, Orchard, Tiong Bahru & East Coast (opening soon)
French Fold - Telok Ayer & Orchard
**What you get**:
- **5 day work week | 44 hours work week, no split shift**:

- **Salary range: S$3,000 - S$4000**:

What you will do:
- Assists Head Chef in smooth running of kitchen operations efficiently
- Responsible for ordering of supplies and cost control management including food costs and wastages
- Participate actively in quality initiatives such as daily chef briefings and monthly team meetings in order to constantly improve the culinary operation, meet targets and keep communication flowing
- Responsible for maximizing productivity, ensuring that dishes are being served on an efficient schedule to boost overall profitability without compromising on quality
- Train and assist new kitchen staff ensuring consistency in work performance
- Ensure daily housekeeping and maintain proper hygiene practices in all kitchen operations
