The Scope of your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following, which also includes participating in the growth of the Group’s division locally and overseas.

In leading the company as a Block chain as a Service Company, you will be leading the Company’s build of our Metaverse Eco-system which primarily consist of the following components;
a) Philanthropy

b) Education

c) E-Commerce

d) Gaming

e) Incubation / Decentralised Finance / Staking

In building out our metaverse, you will be responsible for (but not limited to), the following scope of works:

- Work with management and lead the strategy for technology platforms, partnerships and external relationships
- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and deployment and assist such staff to achieve designated goals
- Identify, compare, propose to management and select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs
- Develop, track and control the development of annual operating and capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
- Manage and optimise infrastructure and manpower assets to maximise production output
- Create overarching technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
- Consolidate our technology platform(s) and create plans for each
- Track, analyse and monitor technology performance metrics
- Oversee and audit all system design and changes in system architecture
- Keep abreast with new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
- To exercise initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- To review the IPFS system set up, audit and modify as necessary
- Blockchain integration of our metaverse platform incorporating smart contracts, crypto payments, integration of virtual stores and e-commerce systems with virtual rewards systems and tokenisations
- Blockchain Integration to metaverse platform and to our gaming division and tokenisation, payment systems and smart contracts where necessary
- Reviewing and being primarily responsible for and involved in the review and adjustments to system and ecosystem Architecture to meet companies’ and clients’ evolving needs
- To train, retain and build an all rounded team to grow the 5 components of the Companies’ eco-system
- To be responsible for and work with cyber security consultants and external service providers to ensure a robust system architecture to prevent fraud, hacks and other third party manipulation of our soft and hardware
- Any other work as maybe deemed necessary for the intents and purposes of our metaverse ecosystem, including but not limited to enhancing the customer and user experience in each of the Divisions / Business Units.
- Maintaining production documentation
- Advising on new technologies
- Problem solving both creative and technical issues
- Adhering to Project schedule (s)
- Any other duties as so decided by the Management from time to time.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
