- matters such as Medisave, Medishield, Medifund, Medication Assistance Fund (MAF), Medical Claim
- Proration System (MCPS) and Chronic Disease Management. Also, Administrative Assistant (Billing)
- has to ensure that all contacts with the public are conducted in a polite, cordial, concerned and efficient
- manner in order to project a good public relation and professional image.**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

I. Perform cashier and billing functions.
- 2. Assist patient with the submission of Medisave/Medishield/Private Medical Insurance- 3. Check for patient entitlement claim coverage.
- 4. Check for completeness of the documents required for submission.
- 5. Liaise with patients/clinics if form is incomplete or wrong form is used.
- 6. Investigate and provide answer to patient's queries- etc. shall be sent to Claim Team on the next working day.
- 8. Assist in reviewing the AR report and prepare the AR reminder letters to be sent to
- patients.
- 9. Ensure that the AR records are properly documented in the log book.
- IO. Ensure any cancel and rebilling of the bills that have been done at ipharm/SAP system
- are properly documented.
- 11, Embrace continuous improvements as our way of life by improving and refining work
- performance on a daily basis.
- 12. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and Executive.**Requirements**:
f. GCE "0" Level, GCE "A" Level or Diploma holders.
- 2. Relevant working experience will be advantageous
- 3. Working knowledge of computer.
