**Role Overview**:
As the Lead Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between all technical elements of the product, from user interfaces to backend systems, AI algorithms, and 3D avatars. You will integrate databases, APIs, and front-end elements into a cohesive and reliable architecture, ensuring the product delivers a seamless, secure, and superior user experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **System Integration**:Develop and integrate front-end, back-end, AI, and 3D avatar elements into a unified platform that is able to run on various hardware platforms like mobile, desktop, hologram, robotics.
- **API Optimization**:Design, optimize, and maintain APIs for seamless interaction between system components.
- **Product Development**:Deliver a product that meets User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and ensures scalability, responsiveness, and performance.
- **Security and Reliability**:Ensure the product adheres to high standards of security, reliability, and scalability. The product is able to clear major security audits like SOC2
- **DevOps**: Ensure the product works reliably in a production environment and dictates service standards for any issues that arise
- **Team Collaboration**:Work closely with cross-functional and remote teams, including AI engineers, unreal developers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional product.
- **Technical Leadership**:Guide development best practices and ensure the project’s architecture is future-ready.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 8 years of development experience
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a development team that deployed a B2C consumer facing product
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Proficiency in MERN frameworks for front-end and back-end technologies - more importantly show us how you transitioned when a new coding standard was introduced. (Angular to React)
- Experience with REST API development and integration.
- Strong understanding of database management.
- Familiarity with 3D technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with different hardware devices is a plus
