Administrate and execute HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations and Orientation Program, Performance Review, Training & Development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Initial and manage foreign workers recruitment.
- Ensure all policies and procedure of company is compliance with Corporate and statutory requirements.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures to align with corporate directions.
- Engage and attend to all employees’ queries.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Handling ISO Audit, BCM, BCP and other corporate related programs and audit.
- Arrange and maintain training programs for all employees.
- Prepare payroll information for Payroll Team to process.
- Handling disciplinary and termination.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as related to admin and HR matters.
