The Software Development Enginner is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing software programs. The role involves overseeing the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring that software products are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications required for the role:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing, developing, testing, and implementing software programs
- Responsible for software programs end-to-end technical design, development and bug-fixing primary in Node.js, React and React-native
- Ensure that software products are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards
- Establish and enforce software development processes, methodologies, and tools to maintain consistent quality and ensure that software products meet regulatory and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, design, and development standards for software products
- Ensure that software products are designed and developed to meet the organization's business goals and technical vision
- Conduct code review and provide guidance to developers to ensure that software products adhere to quality standards and industry best practices
- Collaborate with product architect, product owner, technical architect, other developers and testers to implement technical design into the code

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- Several years of experience as a software developer
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
