Senior Event Producer

Aspire is excited to be partnering with a boutique event agency based in Singapore, looking to hire for a new Event Producer to join their small but buzzing team This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects, whilst being a part of an entrepreneurial team.
If you’d like to be a part of this exciting venture and take pride in your event management skill set, we want to hear from you This is a hands on role where you will be tasked to work remotely on multiple client events.
**THE ROLE
You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
- Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
- Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
- Manage high touch events & acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support
**ALL ABOUT YOU**:
- 5 - 7+ years’ event management experience.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Client facing experience.
- Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.
Your Profile:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
- Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
- Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
