Aspire is excited to be partnering with a boutique event agency based in Singapore, looking to hire for a Senior Event Producer to join their small but buzzing team
This opportunity will bring you the chance to work with exciting brands on major projects, whilst being a part of an entrepreneurial team.
If you'd like to be a part of this exciting venture and take pride in your event management skill set, we want to hear from you This is a hands on role where you will be tasked to work remotely on multiple client events.
THE ROLE
You will have a strong operational understanding and practical experience in event logistics and management.
Collaborate closely with all departments to develop and be responsible for event requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate with the venue, planning and managing all aspect of the event.
Act as a point of contact for clients while an event is taking place.
Manage high touch events and acts as Lead Event Manager on global events involving multi-region support
ALL ABOUT YOU:
5 - 7+ years' event management experience.
Experience managing multiple projects.
Client facing experience.
Ability to coordinate and lead a small project management team.
Your Profile:
Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills
Adaptable and creative with the ability to problem solve
Highly organised, able to multitask and meet deadlines through excellent time management skills
Able to work independently and in a team
