A New York Stock Exchange listed global bank is looking for a Vice-President, IT Business Planning Manager to join their team. This will be an expansion role as they seek to grow their team.

**What You Will Be Doing**
- Plan and review IT Portfolio Management framework
- Plan and review Incident Response framework
- Improve IT operation structure and process
- Oversee all projects and streamline work processes
- Support stakeholders such as preparing and holding IT Committee, IT Audit matters, SCP/BCP plans etc.

**What You Should Have**
- Bachelor's Degree in related fields
- At least 15 years of IT project management and/or system development and maintenance and/or business planning experience
- Experience in both Incident Response and Portfolio Management framework is a must
- Strong in stakeholder management, both internal and external
- Experiences in chairing IT Committee
- Prior experiences in the banking/financial services sector is a must
