**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for running overseas operation activities to increase community activity
- Brand building. Establishing cooperation with Web 3.0 projects and promoting products to Web 3.0 users
- Recruit overseas KOLs in blockchain and develop cooperation strategies
- Running SEO strategies. To improve website search rankings and promote Web 3.0 user's retention and conversion
- Conduct project research, competitive product analysis and market research
- Build product websites according to marketing needs
- Conduct joint promotion with project parties in Web 3.0

**Job requirements**

More than 5 years work years in marketing and operations

Experiences from crypto exchange is a must

Experienced in Web 3.0 project entrepreneurship in defi, nft, gamefi, etc.

Experienced in overall project process as an agency and able to multi-task

Experienced in the following: brand building, corporate marketing, building accounts from scratch, having KOL and project-side resources

Able to work bilingually in English and Mandarin, for writing, and vocal hosting AMA and Twitter space live events

Established relationships with Chinese projects

Passionate about social media operation and marketing

Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including commercial, technical and product
