Our client is a leading financial institution with worldwide presence. An opportunity has arisen for an energetic and resourceful Loan Administration specialist to join their desk in Singapore.

Working as a team, you will be instrumental in the following tasks:

- Ensure loan administration tasks i.e. control and operational aspects (including account opening, setting new loan facilities, loan disbursement, rollover, interest rate fixing, monitoring repayments, coordinating funding and system input) are handled appropriately and effectively. Ensure proper recordings and maintenance of loan administration files.
- Review legal documents relating to loan administration issues for potential new deals prior to the signing of loan agreement. Post-signing, interpret executed loan agreements and administer loan processing accordingly.
- Perform custodian duties i.e. safe keep and control movement of legal loan documents according to the bank's policies and guidelines.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and internal reporting for compliance of regulation and internal guidelines.
- Ensure all requests from both internal parties and external customers are promptly responded.
- Perform audit confirmation and support any matters relating to internal and external audits including internal control system testing.
- Support change projects, business initiatives and system testing for new products, new process flows or modification etc. Participate in process improvement initiatives to deliver improvements in area of capacity, control and quality of service.
