**SCIENTIFIC MANAGER - Research & Development / Drug Discovery - Oncology**

**The opportunity**:
As a Scientific Manager you will lead and coordinate research and development projects in the life sciences sector and contributing to the research and development of latest drugs in oncology.

You will have the opportunity to manage a team of scientists, setting research priorities, ensuring project timelines and objectives are met and meeting high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

**What we look for**:

- PhD or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biotech, Medicine, Pharmacology, or related field.
- 5-9 years of experience as a scientist in research and development
- Experience in drug development R&D work in Oncology
- Strong data analytical skills and providing solutions to resolve complex issues
- Strong interest in Drug discovery and preclinical work
- Ability to oversee experimental design, data analysis and make data driven decisions
- Proven experience in in vitro/in vivo and animal work/models
- Track record in managing scientist team and department, support strategic planning, and demonstrate leadership, project management and scientific expertise
- Track record of scientific publications, writings and contribution to the scientific community
- Experience in research management and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
