**Position: Product Specialist - Sample Preparation (Proteomics Workflow)**

**Job Scope**:
We are looking for a motivated **Product Specialist**to support and expand our **sample preparation solution portfolio**in **mass spectrometry-based proteomics workflows**, with a focus on Thermo Fisher’s **Pierce**products. This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and regional support, and is ideal for someone passionate about proteomics and eager to grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a technical expert on **sample preparation solutions**for proteomics workflows
- Provide **pre
- and post-sales support**to customers and the sales team across Southeast Asia
- Deliver **product training**, demos, seminars, and workshops to internal teams and external clients
- Support the adoption and implementation of **Pierce sample preparation products**in customer workflows
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve regional goals
- Identify and act on market opportunities to grow product visibility and usage
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in proteomics and life sciences
- Maintain a customer-first approach with a strong focus on solution-based support

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree**in **Biochemistry**, **Molecular Biology**, **Proteomics**, **Life Sciences**, or related disciplines
- Hands-on experience with **proteomics workflows**and **sample preparation for mass spectrometry**:

- Familiarity with **Thermo Fisher Pierce sample prep solutions**is a plus
- Strong **communication and presentation skills**; able to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Ability and willingness to travel across the **Southeast Asia region**for customer engagement and support
