**What the role is**
- Corporate Planning & Analytics oversees the tracking of EDB’s performance measured by its contributions to economic outcomes and whole-of-government priorities. Arising from its work in performance measurement, CPA also leads the drive towards a data-backed organisation with data use cases looking at customer engagement, developing industry strategies, and achieving operational excellence. We are currently looking for an Executive who can work independently, understand EDB’s pipeline, objective of tasks and take the initiative to provide recommendations on next steps for various work items. The individual will need to have experience in secretariat duties, event management, and report writing skills. You will provide support to a group of officers in performance analysis and planning management under the Corporate Planning and Analytics team.

**What you will be working on**
- Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop, understand, and execute on EDB’s pipeline and other complex business processes, including identifying key areas for improvement - Able to understand objectives and rationale, and handle queries relating to systems, processes and policies - Document and maintain internal processes and filing systems, both for use within the division and with the rest of organization - Maintain databases including creation and updating of data fields, verification of data quality ‘ - Prepare and compile reports for management and submission to external agencies - Assist with secretariat duties including arranging for meetings and maintaining schedules - Coordinate logístical plans for corporate level management meetings and internal team events - Manage the agenda, including the submission of materials, for senior management meetings

**What we are looking for**
- Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in relation to the roles and responsibilities described above - Proficient in MS office, and aptitude to learn new software and systems - Trained in collection, manipulation and analysis of data - Working experience with the following tools will be an advantage o CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics o Business intelligence tools such as Tableau - Proactive and able to work independently - Meticulous, detail oriented and able to multitask - Good oral and written communications skills - A strong team player - Singaporean
