Spinnaker has partnered with a global energy company for the hire of an experienced LPG Operator in their Singapore office.

To be considered for this position you will have a degree or diploma relevant to the maritime sector, and/or 3+ years in the shipping / oil industry, preferably with LPG exposure.

This position would see you managing, reviewing and issuing claims, tracking payables and receivables and providing updates to the Operations and Commercial teams. With great attention to detail, you will maintain demurrage data integrity, preparation of contracts and manage post-deal admin duties.

Joining a team of 4 and reporting directly into the Operation Chief and Trading Team Leader, you will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills. The role will suit a real peoples-person, who is capable of regularly liaising with ship owners, brokers, lawyers and third parties etc.

Strong Microsoft Office skills are also required for this position.
