**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SAP Functional Expertise**:Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP modules in accordance with business requirements and industry best practices.
Analyze business processes and recommend SAP solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Provide expertise in one or more SAP modules, such as FI, CO, MM, SD, or others, depending on project requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct workshops, and define functional specifications.
- **Business Process Optimization**:Assess existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation using SAP functionality.
Design and implement SAP solutions to address business challenges and improve productivity.
Provide recommendations for process improvements and assist in change management efforts.
- **Configuration and Testing**:Configure SAP system settings to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Develop and execute test plans to validate SAP configurations and customizations, ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
Collaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure seamless integration of functional and technical components.
- **End-User Training and Support**:Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, addressing functional issues and resolving system errors.
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- **Project Management and Documentation**:Lead functional workstreams in SAP implementation projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project stakeholders and management, ensuring transparency and alignment with project objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting, with expertise in one or more SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business processes and industry best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
- Experience in SAP implementation projects, including configuration, testing, and training activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Project management experience, including the ability to lead functional workstreams and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- SAP certification in relevant functional areas, such as SAP Finance (FI) or Materials Management (MM).
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation projects and understanding of SAP best practices for S/4HANA migration.
- Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and experience in integrating SAP with external systems.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools, such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
