**Key Responsibilities**:

- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with vendors to acquire necessary updates, patches, and support for security tools.
- Alert Monitoring: Assist in monitoring security tool alerts and notifications, escalating potential issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Tools Inventory: Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT security tools, including antivirus software, EDR, micro-segmentation, and other security solutions.
- Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile security tools inventory with active licenses and installations to identify discrepancies and ensure accurate asset management.
- Reporting: Generate reports on tool inventory, license status, and reconciliation results for management and compliance purposes.
- Documentation Management: Maintain organized records of reconciliation activities, updates, and communications with vendors.

**Job Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
- Familiarity with IT security tools and their functions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and vendors.

**Work Schedule**:

- For normal working days, between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays), the L1 engineer(s) will support from 6pm to the next day 8am
- For non-working days such as public holidays, Sat and Sun, the L1 engineer(s) will support 24 hours until the next working day’s 8am
